Fresh breeze in autumn

Autumn not only brings new colors to nature at Eham but also fresh energy to our team. We are excited to welcome Alina Heinzl, Florian Kafl, Katharina Maier, Simon Pauls, and Tristan Hruschka to our company as they begin their apprenticeships after successfully completing their vocational foundation year. With their energy and curiosity, they are already actively contributing to our ongoing projects and growing into Eham’s craftsmanship traditions.

A modern start to the apprenticeship

Our new apprentices are not only enthusiastic but are also actively shaping the future of our company. Together, they are currently working on the new workshop area in the extension, where a section specifically designed for them as the ‚Team Campus‘ is being created. This area offers more space for creativity and collaborative work for the first time—modern and spacious, providing the best conditions for them to develop as a team.

From the start of their apprenticeship, the trainees are gaining insights into working with the latest technology. One of the first challenges: they are putting our new automated panel saw into operation. This high-precision machine combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology—a perfect mix that defines Eham. We are excited to see how our young talents will seize this opportunity to develop their skills and discover a passion for craftsmanship.
