Your Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the economic, on-time, and quality-driven execution of interior fit-out projects in line with company and quality standards
Holistic project management from order preparation through production and installation, including supply chain coordination, final acceptance, and invoicing
Preparation of cost estimates and quotations, project controlling, and ensuring overall profitability
Technical project execution including site measurements, construction detailing, material take-offs, detailed planning, and preparation of production drawings (CAD)
Leadership, scheduling, and professional development of assigned team members
Your Profile:
Completed technical or craft-based training in interior construction, wood technology, finishing trades, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management within interior fit-out or related fields
Confident use of CAD systems as well as ERP and costing software
Strong organizational skills with a deadline- and quality-oriented working style
High level of responsibility, assertiveness, and strong communication skills combined with team spirit
